Our Story
Trailblaze PVD is a division of Trailblaze Marketing, a full-service marketing firm focused on elevating midsize and enterprise clients. We're the same company but different teams.
We were founded during the height of the pandemic in 2020 when small businesses were hit hard and needed a solution to get them online. Our founder, Christopher Parisi, launched the RI Small Business Coalition -- a nonprofit advocating for small businesses -- and then realized we need to go even further, so Trailblaze PVD was born.
We love working with entrepreneurs, taking their brand and business to the next level. And we're really good at it too! Built over 200 websites since we launched, our proven process has helped so many people along the way. Located in Downtown Providence, we embrace the Creative Capital and look forward to bringing your story to life!

What if I already have a website? (or started one?)If you already have a website or started one, that's great! Our team will utilize whatever you have on your existing site or whatever you may have started. We can use the content as inspiration or if there is anything in particular you would like to keep we'll reuse it.

How long does it take until my site is live?Our website process is typically 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the website and responsiveness of our clients. We can move faster or at whatever pace you are comfortable with. Things that typically hold up the process are: awaiting client approval, domain/technical needs, or we are waiting on content/copy. Once the site is ready to go live, it can take up to 48 hours for the domain to connect to the site worldwide (industry standard).

What happens if I want to edit my site or add content?Once we complete the project, the website is fully yours! If you would like to make edits yourself or add additional content, you are able to do so. If however you aren't comfortable with doing it yourself, we are more than happy to help. Of course if it is outside of the original scope then additional fees are involved.

Who is my point of contact throughout the project?You will receive a dedicated Client Success Manager who will be your resource throughout the project. If you have any questions, concerns or ideas, you can always reach out to them! You can reach out to info@trailblazepvd.com They will be a conduit between the design team and yourself.

How many revisions do I get on my website?Typically most of our website packages allow for two rounds of revisions. If you have more revisions additional fees may be added. Always reach out to your Client Success Manager with any questions. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your website.

Who owns my site? What if I want to change something down the road?You do! We simply help with your website needs but we never assume ownership of your website or any information within it. If you need assistance down the road we are always happy to help! Your website will be managed and hosted through Wix. Any billing for hosting, domains or any other services are through Wix Ltd.

Will my website be mobile optimized?Yes! We understand the importance of a mobile optimized website and thus we ensure this for all of our websites. We also make sure your website is optimized for all device types.
